1 The LORD reigns, let the earth be glad;
let the distant shores rejoice.The Psalmist is teaching that this God who controls the earth has put Himself on display from the heavens by giving His people the creative words in law, covenants, curses, statutes, promises and decrees. We speak the dark sayings of God who is surrounded by this darkness and mystery. The LORD is in heaven but His words of judgement are given to man. We see that not only do the nations outside of Israel rejoice over the big events of God but they know that God is working on behalf of His covenant people.
2Clouds and thick darkness surround him;
righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne. Ps 18 I cried to my God for help.
From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears.11  He made darkness his covering, his canopy around him- the dark rain clouds of the sky.The Psalmist is describing the parting of  the Red Sea in delivering Israel from Egypt .God answer his cry of the axioms and brought great judgements upon the armies of Egypt.14  He shot his arrows and scattered the enemies ,
great bolts of lightning and routed them.The Psalmist describes how God responded to the cries of the law, covenants etc empowering him and causing him to destroy his enemies. 4 His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles.18 12 Out of the brightness of his presence clouds advanced,
with hailstones and bolts of lightning. The LORD thundered from heaven; the voice of the Most High resounded. God responds to the axioms in the parting of the Red Sea. In Ps 18 the Psalmist is describing the personal effects on him in fighting against the nations by using the intervention of God as He parted the red sea. God controls the creation as well as giving the Psalmist power and wisdom to fight.32 It is God who arms me with strength
and makes my way perfect.
 33  He makes my feet like the feet of a deer;
he enables me to stand on the heights.
34  He trains my hands for battle;
my arms can bend a bow of bronze.
You give me your shield of victory,
and your right hand sustains me;
you stoop down to make me great.
  You broaden the path beneath me,
so that my ankles do not turn.

5 The mountains melt like wax before the LORD ,
before the Lord of all the earth. 6
The heavens proclaim his righteousness,
and all the peoples see his glory.18 7The earth trembled and quaked,
and the foundations of the mountains shook;
they trembled because he was angry.The Psalmist is describing the parting of the Red Sea and comparing to the super-naturalism of fighting in wars by the axioms. 18 22  All his laws are before me; I have not turned away from his decrees.

Ps 97 1The LORD reigns, let the earth be glad;
let the distant shores rejoice.The Psalmist is saying that we should not be anxious or sad because God controls all of creation. If God controls all of creation then He will protect us because He controls the earth.. This is why God is holy because we see all of these events in creation and He is orchestrating them from heaven on our behalf. God is holy because He is concerned for us holistically. When we speak this Psalm it should cheer us up.
2Clouds and thick darkness surround him;
righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne. God is mysterious because He does not always explain the reasons for the events on the earth. But He will not act apart from His righteousness and His justice. God has a throne which is all of His plans from eternity past in decreeing whatsoever comes to pass. He is decreed whatever comes to pass on the foundation of His righteousness. He has given Israel the curses in the same language of fire, wind and heat that purifies seven times.12  6And the words of the LORD are flawless, like silver refined in a furnace of clay,purified seven times. God simply speaks and the mountains melt. He has given us the words of melting the enemies of God.
3Fire goes before him and consumes his foes on every side."The Psalmist is speaking of Gods protection of Israel as the fire that went out in front of them to destroy their enemies as He led them out of Egypt.God acted righteously in  leading them to the promise land by judging their enemies.
4 His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles". He is teaching that as we speak the axioms that Gods fire could melt the mountains through the curses.
  5The mountains melt like wax before the LORD ,before the Lord of all the earth. His fire that destroyed the enemies of Israel could melt the mountains.As we speak this Psalm we see the interaction between speaking the curses and our God who has the darkness of mysterious power that has been written down in the axioms. We speak words that God decides to use according to His control and power.
 6The heavens proclaim his righteousness, and all the peoples see his glory." God protects Israel as we speak the axioms as the God who is in the heavens controlling all the events on the earth. This God does these great events to save His people. He is smiling on His elect in the event. So the whole world is under the heavens and witnesses Gods works.
 7All who worship images are put to shame, those who boast in idols- worship him, all you gods!God is saying that these gods have no control over the earth. They are dead gods. So he calls on those gods to give Him the glory of controlling the earth. Through the curses the nations who worship these  gods suffer under the control of His people.
8Zion hears and rejoices and the villages of Judah are glad because of your judgments, O LORD .
9For you, O LORD , are the Most High over all the earth; you are exalted far above all gods. When God answers the pronouncements the people of Judah rejoice. God proves that He is a covenant keeping God by destroying the enemies of Israel. We have the words that move God who controls all things.10   Let those who love the LORD hate evil,
for he guards the lives of his faithful ones
and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.
11  Light is shed upon the righteous
and joy on the upright in heart.
 12  Rejoice in the LORD , you who are righteous,
and praise his holy name.Let the people pronounce  the law, covenants, curses, statutes,promises and decrees. They will not depart from this word but will meditate on it night and day. These faithful ones will be delivered by this holy God who controls all of creation by the word of His mouth. Let them respond with praise when God answers their prayers. We must speak the axioms so that we are always looking for this God to act in the big events of creation. Knowing that our God controls the entire creation and protects us will make us always be joyful
1 May God arise, may his enemies be scattered;
may his foes flee before him.
2  As smoke is blown away by the wind,
may you blow them away;
as wax melts before the fire,
may the wicked perish before God.
3  But may the righteous be glad
and rejoice before God;
may they be happy and joyful

This Psalm answers the question how does God rescue a nation from the bondage of wicked rulers.The armies of God not only participate in a physical battle but they take action to restore the nation to justice. When we pronounce this Psalm we are asking God to restore the society back to the unity of Gods law. He is praying that God will arise like the ocean waves. The waves of history are like the rolling of the waves. When the waves rise they crash against the ocean floor. In other words render the enemies powerless and drive them from the face of the earth.

But he is not asking to make His people rule but rather give God the praise. Gods people do not control the world through the weapons of man but through Gods axioms. The Psalmist is not forming His prayer according to the way the military plans to win but He speaks the axioms and everything is done by God. When the righteous are united in praising God then the nation is restored.God not only fights for us but He restores us by the praise we give Him.

Sing to God, sing praise to his name,
extol him who rides on the clouds  -
his name is the LORD -
and rejoice before him.
We go forth speaking the law, covenants, curses, statutes ,promises, and decrees. We speak the law and God arises. The curses and our enemies are removed. The promises and we are united , the statues and we are safe in the pillars of Gods law, the decrees and God rules in the pronouncements. We are Gods army cheering Him on.

 A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows,
is God in his holy dwelling.
God sets the lonely in families,
he leads forth the prisoners with singing;
but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land.
The axioms are prayers to reverse the destruction. The wicked abuse within the nation. We are the army of God who is there to help the abused. We rule  the world by pronouncements. We are not here to restore our own fortunes but to see God restore the people through redemption.

 When you went out before your people, O God,
when you marched through the wasteland,
Selah
the earth shook,
the heavens poured down rain,
before God, the One of Sinai,
before God, the God of Israel.
You gave abundant showers, O God;
you refreshed your weary inheritance.
Your people settled in it,
and from your bounty, O God, you provided for the poor.

God simply speaks and the enemies flee. So God fights by restoring the nation. He returns the money  that is taken from His people from the wayward leaders. He refreshes His people. When God fights He restores His people. So we speak the axioms and we are united and refreshed.

 The Lord announced the word,
and great was the company of those who proclaimed it:
 "Kings and armies flee in haste;
in the camps men divide the plunder.
Even while you sleep among the campfires,
the wings of my dove are sheathed with silver,
its feathers with shining gold."
 When the Almighty scattered the kings in the land,
it was like snow fallen on Zalmon.

When we speak the pronouncements we understand that God only needs to speak a word and the war is ended.  God does the fighting and we live in perfect unity.

 The mountains of Bashan are majestic mountains;
rugged are the mountains of Bashan.
Why gaze in envy, O rugged mountains,
at the mountain where God chooses to reign,
where the LORD himself will dwell forever?
 The chariots of God are tens of thousands
and thousands of thousands;
the Lord has come from Sinai into his sanctuary.
When you ascended on high,
you led captives in your train;
you received gifts from men,
even from the rebellious-
that you, O LORD God, might dwell there.

The Psalmist is saying that God  fights the wars then sets up His presence on the Temple mount. If God is present then Israel is safe and united. The axioms focus on uniting Israel as God is present in the Temple.
Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior,
who daily bears our burdens.
Selah
 Our God is a God who saves;
from the Sovereign LORD comes escape from death. Most of the Psalms end in a prayer for God to unite Israel. God is not a God of war but a God who saves. We cannot win by our own weapons. We win when we give God  the glory for saving the world. We are pessimistic by nature but God is always optimistic.  Pessimism is spread because we do not give God the authority to curse the wicked but we make God pragmatic.
Surely God will crush the heads of his enemies,
the hairy crowns of those who go on in their sins.
The Lord says, "I will bring them from Bashan;
I will bring them from the depths of the sea,
 that you may plunge your feet in the blood of your foes,
while the tongues of your dogs have their share."When we must fight with God on our side it is total destruction of the enemy.
Your procession has come into view, O God,
the procession of my God and King into the sanctuary.
In front are the singers, after them the musicians;
with them are the maidens playing tambourines.
Praise God in the great congregation;
praise the LORD in the assembly of Israel.
There is the little tribe of Benjamin, leading them,
there the great throng of Judah's princes,
and there the princes of Zebulun and of Naphtali.
When Gods procession goes to war the muscians are leading in the axioms and  the armies are not strong. God does not need man to win wars. He wants to be praised.
  Summon your power, O God;
show us your strength, O God, as you have done before.
Because of your temple at Jerusalem
kings will bring you gifts.
 Rebuke the beast among the reeds,
the herd of bulls among the calves of the nations.
Humbled, may it bring bars of silver.
Scatter the nations who delight in war.
  Envoys will come from Egypt;
Cush will submit herself to God.
The axioms create more victories than real wars. When God shows His power He simply causes the nations to be friendly and the nations to bring his people gifts. The axioms create the submission of the world.
  Sing to God, O kingdoms of the earth,
sing praise to the Lord,
Selah
to him who rides the ancient skies above,
who thunders with mighty voice.
Proclaim the power of God,
whose majesty is over Israel,
whose power is in the skies.
You are awesome, O God, in your sanctuary;
the God of Israel gives power and strength to his people.The axioms cause all the people of the world to give God the glory for His power .
1I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, "Come!" 2I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.
3When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, "Come!" 4Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make men slay each other. To him was given a large sword.
5When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, "Come!" I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. 6Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, "A quartF10 of wheat for a day's wages,F11 and three quarts of barley for a day's wages,F12 and do not damage the oil and the wine!"
7When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, "Come!" 8I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.
9When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained. 10They called out in a loud voice, "How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?" 11Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the number of their fellow servants and brothers who were to be killed as they had been was completed.
12I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, 13and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as late figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. 14The sky receded like a scroll, rolling up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.

The seals are the reason that the nations are judged. The nation rules through war, despotism, slavery, a nation of death, persecution of christians. The Sky is rolled back ..possibly in the new earth we will see the throne of God from the new earth.
6Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing in the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. He came and took the scroll from the right hand of him who sat on the throne.And when he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. And they sang a new song:
   "You are worthy to take the scroll
       and to open its seals,
   because you were slain,
       and with your blood you purchased men for God
       from every tribe and language and people and nation.
   You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God,
       and they will reign on the earth."
Why is Christ worthy to curse the nations? Because by His death and resurrection He purchased His elect. Christ comes in judgement to reverse the curse of the wicked toward the people He purchased. So the judgements are repayment in the purchased price of the value of Christ work. Christ attends to His creation after sin entered by reversing the control of wayward nations through the heavenly curses when the seals are opened. The judgements of our suffering are paid  to us on the level of Christ value of His suffering on our behalf. We will be rewarded in  the new heaven and earth on the value of Christ suffering. These bowls are the curses prayers from earth by all the saints under persecution of the wayward nations. The bowls are turned into fire that is cast to the earth in judgement and the harps are the music of war. It is the picture of the war sacrifice that was made on the earth. The worship of Christ is because He is attending to the  injustice of the nations who try to overturn His creation.
   11Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders. In a loud voice they sang:
   "Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain,
   to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength
   and honor and glory and praise!"
Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing:
   "To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb
   be praise and honor and glory and power,
          for ever and ever!" The four living creatures said, "Amen," and the elders fell down and worshiped.

So you see this description of myriads of angels in a circle around the throne.. uh now that is something that I cannot picture. In the eternal state there is no sequence of time. The space is eternal not vertical or horizontal. We could be seeing all of  time in one view and there could be other dimensions in space. You see  that Christ is successful at all times in overturning the destruction of His creation. If He did not get the praise of ever creature He would cease to be the King. As Christ is perfect in righteousness and justice so the earth will never be destroyed.
Rev 4 1 After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, "Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this." Christ is sitting on His throne behind  the door that separates Him from the world. He is the one who is and was and is  to come. So He is the one who directs the judgements of the nations throughout the history of the world. " At once I was in the Spirit, and there before me was a throne in heaven with someone sitting on it. And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and carnelian. A rainbow, resembling an emerald, encircled the throne. John is transported to heaven by the Spirit. The throne resembles the view we get on the earth when we look at the stones of jasper, and carnelian. He is teaching that God has made heaven with the most expensive items we see on earth. He describes  the eternal view and working of the throne of God. In other words when we view the throne it is seen in all the time sequences of the earth in which the King and the Elders and the living creatures were never resting in moving the time sequence. The rainbow , elders and the angels that cannot be numbered where around the throne in an unending circle.  Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on them were twenty-four elders. They were dressed in white and had crowns of gold on their heads. From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder. Before the throne, seven lamps were blazing. These are the seven spirits of God.Also before the throne there was what looked like a sea of glass, clear as crystal.  John is comparing the throne to the description of the work of Christ who is with His armies in making war with the nations on the earth. John is teaching that Christ sits on His throne and is continuously bringing down nations on the earth. The whirlwind is coming from the throne. The whirlwind is also circular or eternal powers. Then we have the seven spirits who are part of this army that brings judgement to the nations along with the four living creatures. And  the sea of glass represents the peace that is always present in this throne room. These lamps never go out so they show Gods eternal judgements. "In the center, around the throne, were four living creatures, and they were covered with eyes, in front and in back. The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like a flying eagle.Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under his wings. Day and night they never stop saying: "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come."Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne and who lives for ever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say:
   "You are worthy, our Lord and God,
   to receive glory and honor and power,
   for you created all things,
       and by your will they were created
       and have their being."
These four living creatures have territories on the earth as they go out of the throne. They are mentioned in the ot when they went out from the throne to judge Israel. The lion is to make war. the ox was to create wealth by work, the third was pointing to the incarnation and the fourth was the Father. These living creatures have divine knowledge in different territories when God judges the nations. This is a Trinitarian work. They are praising God who is the eternal creator who sustains His creation. He is making war with the wayward nations because He is thrice holy. In other words God is attending to His creation in bringing justice. The trinity is thrice controlling the creation and being worshiped as holy.  "Then I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne a scroll with writing on both sides and sealed with seven seals. And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming in a loud voice, "Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll?" But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll or even look inside it. I wept and wept because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside. Then one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, Now how does Christ enact the judgements from His throne? He is the only one who can curse the nations. Unless the seals are opened the saints will face the terrible armies of the nations. So the so John weeps because without the seals or heavenly curses the saints on the earth will be destroyed. Now here is the Lion who makes war as we see in one of the living creatures. Heaven is a mirror of Gods religious and military procession that is on the earth. So we have the heavenly curses directed toward wayward nations. So we have all of these different creatures and people around the throne which cannot be numbered. That shows  there is a an eternal view that we do not understand. How can the numbers that cannot be counted encircle  the throne? In our earthly view we do not understand. Is it overlapping or some kind of multi dimensional reality?
The Psalmist turns away from the earth and focuses on God. He understands when he approaches God that he has received  the promises for himself. The main points of his petition are laid out in this Psalm that explain his approach in all the Psalms. God has provided us with benefits of our salvation. God deals with us according to His word. So the Psalmist reminds God of His promises to forgives,heals, redeems  crowns and satisfies.These promises are not steps to God but the Psalmist appeals to God according to his present experience. We are always in need of forgiveness, healing, redeeming and being crowned but in this life there are pressing issues that we address because God wants us to be honest.  God wants to listen to us explain our problem and the pain we are experiencing. These benefits or dealings of God meet all of our needs in order for us to return to our identity in the covenant of creation. We must be forgiven, healed of our maladies, redeemed in our work and crowned with authority.  In the Psalms the authority is turned upside down. God crowns his people with love and compassion because we must take care of the poor and feeble.

We know that in pronouncing the law, covenants, curses, statutes, promises, decrees and statutes we are appealing to God for these needs to be met. So the Psalmist reminds us that these benefits are given to us by grace.. Our salvation is in Gods hands.He is working out our salvation. He reminds us of the history of Israel when God delivered His elect out of Egypt.6  The LORD works righteousness
and justice for all the oppressed.7  He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people of Israel:The Psalmist always uses Gods righteousness and justice as metaphors for the success of His axioms.God had to satisfy the law in order to provide us with the benefits of our salvation. He has turned the law away from us. Now the law provides us with the confidence that God will never fail in working through the axioms. If the provisions were worked out in God then the promises are sure. This is why  the Psalmist pronounces the law because it provides him with the confidence that God will work on His behalf.God works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.

The Psalmist does not appeal to God because he is a successful king. The ways of God come through supernatural means. In this sense we do look for a sign from God.86 17  Give me a sign of your goodness, that my enemies may see it and be put to shame, for you, O LORD, have helped me and comforted me." We are required to speak the axioms and not become complacent in our pre supposition. We live our lives receiving illumination on a daily basis. The Psalmist is not looking for a sign in thinking he is acceptable to God. He is speaking the axioms and the sign becomes public.

The reason that God calls the nation of Israel the oppressed is because when God cursed the earth it is always moving toward lawlessness. So God turns the societies upside down by cursing the wicked. Just like we are crowned with love and compassion so God must always deliver a people who are being oppressed by the wicked. We must speak the curses so that we are able to help the people who are being abused.

The Psalmist is saying  that Moses was the only man who God confided in. God shared His reasons with Moses and performed the miracles in front of the people. Now instead of God speaking directly to His servants, He speaks to us by illumination of His axioms. If God intervenes in the history of the Israel ,then all of our circumstances are directly caused by Gods intervention.

 The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever; When we are saved we become a child of God. Our Father is the judge. When we were under the condemning power of the law we were cursed. God had no mercy on us. But when we are in covenant with God , He pities us. In other words , when we were under the law we hated God. We curse our neighbor and worked to destroy all that was good in society. But as Gods people we were given an understanding that we are sinners and we cannot work to destroy all that is good. So God now says you see my child?, how pitiful he is because of his weakness and sin.

So now we are caught in the world that is cursed. Every time we suffer the effects of the curse we can complain that God is treating us with anger. This is why the Psalmist says that God will not harbor anger and treat us according to our sins. If God has done all  the work in Himself then , how can He be angry with the people who have been saved by His perfect work? The Psalmist says that God will not treat us according to the worse sin of rebellion toward Him. He has removed all of our rebellious acts as far as the east is from the west. Now we have this chain that is taught to us in that  God will forgive, heal, redeem , crown  and satisfy us. The axioms are contained and cannot lead us out of this chain of promises.The only way to be forgiven is by appealing to God through His covenant promise. The only way to be healed is to appeal to God according to His promised unfailing love, The only way to be redeemed is to appeal to God according to Christ satisfaction of the law, The only way to to be crowned is to speak the law and the curses as the king. The only way to be satisfied is to rule the earth when God unifies our circumstances.

We have confidence to speak the axioms because we are coming to a Father who knows  that we are dust.14  for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust." Even if we have fallen into sin our own contrition will not satisfy Gods demands. There is not hope of being saved than the sheer mercy of a Father who pities our best efforts. If we are counting our sins and trying to show our sorrow our Father looks at our best efforts with pity. He is NOT IMPRESSED. When we confess our sins we must come to understand but for the grace of a Father who pities me were i to be condemned like the wicked.

15 As for man, his days are like grass,
he flourishes like a flower of the field;
  the wind blows over it and it is gone,
and its place remembers it no more.
But from everlasting to everlasting
the LORD's love is with those who fear him,
and his righteousness with their children's children-
18  with those who keep his covenant
and remember to obey his precepts.

You see if God were adding up our sins or holding us to count the expense of His grace then we could get something from Him because of something we have. But the Psalmist shows us how terrible is  the plight of a sinner. There is not hope for the wicked. God has made the decision before He created the world to curse the wicked. If there was something in us that could make God like us then He would not be nice in cursing the wicked. But the Psalmist is saying there is only one reason that we are not cursed. Its because God pities us like a Father His children . So He has provided His children with speaking the worse curses against the wicked to show us that we must never count our sins. We are only righteous because it is strictly Gods salvation.

Gods government is established on the earth. It was established when He created  the world. If there was another government that could prosper on this earth then we would need to set aside Gods word. Any creation on this earth is only put into existence by words. If there was anything that existed that could not be defined then that is a contradiction. If any government could be established without the jurisdiction of Gods word then God would cease to be God. If the word does not establish authority then it is not to be trusted. So God gave the axioms to overturn and establish His kingdom on  the earth. Christ came and pronounced the law, covenants, curses, statutes ,promises and decrees in establishing the kingdom of God. He took His seat in heaven after He put all things under His feet.

The Psalmist heart is enlarged as He pronounces the axioms. He is enlarged because the Most High in the universe has established the axioms as the authority over all other words. The Psalmist is putting the axioms or praises in songs to the Most High. When we rejoice in God we are establishing His kingdom on this earth. The Psalmist describes the activity of the axioms as he rules the world.

 3My enemies turn back;
they stumble and perish before you.
 4For you have upheld my right and my cause;
you have sat on your throne, judging righteously.
5You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked;
you have blotted out their name for ever and ever.
6Endless ruin has overtaken the enemy,
you have uprooted their cities;
even the memory of them has perished.

God has no authority unless He re establishes the creation covenant that brought about the curse upon the creation. So God had to curse the creation in order to turn the world upside down so that He could reestablish His kingdom through the death of the old and resurrection of the new. God renews all things. In order to renew all things God must overturn all the governments on this earth. If Gods covenants word was not kept then it would be overthrown by the world governments. Gods word is not just a religious word.It establishes Gods government on the earth. It must no be overthrown by anything.

  The LORD reigns forever;
he has established his throne for judgment.
He will judge the world in righteousness;
he will govern the peoples with justice.
The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble.
  Those who know your name will trust in you,
for you, LORD , have never forsaken those who seek you.

In order for the king to have authority it must be given in Gods axioms. If the axioms did not overrule all other authority then God would cease to be God. So David is establishing the authority of God through His absolute word. If any of the axioms failed to accomplish their pronouncements then the Psalmist would have no divine right to rule over Gods Nation. In one part the axioms pronounce blessing on Gods covenant people and the other part God overturns the nations. Both of the blessing and the cursing are praise worthy. To bless God is to curse the wicked curse. As David has expressed absolute authority over the earth so God is authoritative in the axioms.If God was absolutlely righteous, He must not lower that standard at any time. Then God would cease to be just. God is righteous because He is perfect in judging all thoughts and intents of the heart. If He did not pronouce the justice then He would not be God.

 Sing praises to the LORD , enthroned in Zion;
proclaim among the nations what he has done.
  For he who avenges blood remembers;
he does not ignore the cry of the afflicted.

In order for God to be just He must choose some people for blessing and others for cursing before the creation of  the earth. If anything was not morally liable then that would not exist by Gods moral decisions. Then that thing would exist as equal with Gods will. God must avenge His own choice from eternity past. Gods curses were established before  the creation of the world. We are only avenging what God has decided in eternity past.

O LORD , see how my enemies persecute me!
Have mercy and lift me up from the gates of death,
  that I may declare your praises
in the gates of the Daughter of Zion
and there rejoice in your salvation.
The Psalmist speaks Gods axioms and speaks in absolute terms about the outcome of His enemies. Gods word must be righteous at all times. If the Psalmist pronounces judgement upon His enemies then in order for God to be authoritative His word must destroy all of His enemies. In order to trust God , the His word must have absolute authority.

 The nations have fallen into the pit they have dug;
their feet are caught in the net they have hidden.
The LORD is known by his justice;
the wicked are ensnared by the work of their hands.
Higgaion.  Selah
The wicked return to the grave,
all the nations that forget God.
  But the needy will not always be forgotten,
nor the hope of the afflicted ever perish.

If Gods word is to be trusted it must be spoken as a timeless judgement. If God is God then He must decide the outcome before the creation of the world. Then His decision can be spoken over all of time. If any enemy could survive in time then Gods word is no longer infallible.

 Arise, O LORD , let not man triumph;
let the nations be judged in your presence.
Strike them with terror, O LORD ;
let the nations know they are but men.
Selah
God had to be just in pronouncing blessing and cursing in eternity past. He had to curse men who are their own gods. To be our own god is to destroy the world. God is perfectly just in pronouncing a curse in order to keep men from destroying  the world by becoming their own god. God must make all men just men.
7How priceless is your unfailing love!
Both high and low among men
find refuge in the shadow of your wings.

Why does the Psalmist compare the love and faithfulness of God to the creation. Because God has spoken the creation into existence. It is the visual beauty that is resulted from speaking according to the axioms. We see the space between the earth and the sun and it is an illustration that Gods axioms are big enough to handle any danger that we face by the unraveling of society that is produced by the wicked. The God always upholds his law. Just look at the heavens .  They have not changed since the creation. God always keeps His promises. Just look at the distance between us and  the planets. How much power it took to form the universe.If God can speak the creation into existence do you  think He will be slack concerning His promises. The truth is that Gods axioms not only are there for our refuge but they preserver our lives!
He is saying that the universe is a show of the Father Son relationship. In revelation  the Father is the eagle whos wings are a refuge to His elect. The Father is both the caretaker and the judge. So our Father turns the law away from us when we are enjoying His favor under the shadow of His wings. If you study the Psalms the law is always directed toward the self righteous in Israel and the wicked in the nations. Our Father protects us by blessing us while He curses the enemies. If God could use the law to condemn us then His love for us would cease.

 8They feast on the abundance of your house;
you give them drink from your river of delights.
  9For with you is the fountain of life;
in your light we see light.

We have a Father who takes us into the family under His roof. We live in His house. The house is both the Temple and the earth and sky. The world is not our world.It is Gods salvation in Gods world. He is teaching that we have been put on this earth to enjoy the fruits that it produces. Our Father has given us an abundance of things to meet our needs through the word. We speak the words of creation and we are breathed upon  God has given us His word in order to enjoy the foundation of life. We see the light in His world or light. The implanted word is a gift to us in order to enjoy all of the spiritual and physical delights in this world. We speak the axioms and the physical and spiritual things come alive.

 Continue your love to those who know you,
your righteousness to the upright in heart.
May the foot of the proud not come against me,
nor the hand of the wicked drive me away.
See how the evildoers lie fallen-
thrown down, not able to rise!  The truth is that God does not define us according to our corruption. He defines us according to our new identity. So the Psalmist does not even mention that we are our worse enemy. Instead we have the potential to be blessed beyond what we could ever imagine through the axioms. Our only opposition is cursed by God so that we cannot be driven away. The curses give us a sense of satisfaction. They are focusing on Gods protection of us. As the Psalmist speaks the curses its the same as focusing on God. He gets bold and pronounces the defeat of His enemies. He grows bold.
2For in his own eyes he flatters himself too much to detect or hate his sin. The Psalmist is teaching that if we do not have the oracles in our hearts then we are practicing a form of flattery. The phrase in his own eyes is referring to his heart in the former verse.The Psalmist has the oracles in his heart be the wicked do not and that is flattery. The Psalmist is teaching that it is actually a heart filled with hate. That is when we accuse God of hate by cursing sin we cannot be justified because of the hate filled heart.

The words of his mouth are wicked and deceitful;
he has ceased to be wise and to do good.
Even on his bed he plots evil;
he commits himself to a sinful course
and does not reject what is wrong. He is comparing the words of the oracles to the words used by the wicked man. He uses the ideas and the words to create his own god. In other words since the man has not fear of God being that he hates the oracles then he practices making his own god or hating his neighbor. Its not even talking about the attitude of hate but the process by which he sees the reality. Think about all the christian who fail to judge correctly because of the laziness of knowing  the oracles. The grace that God gives is beyond our understanding. The judgements that we use are very self deceptive. But thank God we do not practice this sin the Psalmist speaks here. 4Even on his bed he plots evil; he commits himself to a sinful course and does not reject what is wrong.Unlike the christian the wicked man goes a step further and breaks up all  that is good in society. The sin is ra a. He does not reject ra a. The difference is that we are saved by grace and implanted with the word of God by grace. But the wicked have no understanding of God because they are not given the new man. So we practice the sin of rebellion...not judging by the oracles and the sin of making other gods, not knowing God by the oracles, but we do it out of a lack of understanding and not hate.

You can see that the Psalmist does not put the believer up against the wicked mans thoughts and actions. But He goes to describing the oracles of God. Any man who loves the oracles knows that God cannot accept our good works.This is Gods salvation in which defending God is defending Gods people.We speak the law, covenants, curses etc. Here the Psalmist is speaking the covenants love of God who has sworn upon Himself to carry it out. His unfailing love reaches to the heavens. If it was not for Gods love and faithfulness we too would break up all that is good in this world. But for the grace of God.  6 Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the great deep. The Psalmist uses the name EL the God who is sovereign and controls all things. This God never changes His law. He judges all things. His curses are always just. The only hate the Psalmist describes is the wicked who practice ra a and the righteous indignation of God in the curse. It is not our job to take vengeance.  7How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among men
find refuge in the shadow of your wings.Gods righteous indignation is not hateful because He shows mercy allowing the wicked time to repent. His purpose is to save mankind. God is a good God all the time. He is speaking of Gods promises in the oracles. God promises to be the refuge that we can flee from all the dangers of  this world.
An oracle is within my heart
concerning the sinfulness of the wicked:
There is no fear of God
before his eyes.
For in his own eyes he flatters himself
too much to detect or hate his sin.
The words of his mouth are wicked and deceitful;
he has ceased to be wise and to do good.

The Psalmist is teaching that sin is more than an action. He teaches that "sin within the heart of man".This is a figure of speech in which  the part is meant for the whole. Its not just his heart but it is the whole being. He is teaching that since sin is in the man from head to toe that man is totally depraved. Even if we were able to change our behavior yet sin will not be removed from our thoughts and the words we use. The sin of the thoughts and tongue are judged by the standard of the discipline of thinking the law, covenants, curses, statutes, promises and decrees -THE ORACLE. Even if the man was saved this standard of thought and action show that God must forgive sins by grace or even the believer would not measure up. THE TRUTH!!"An oracle is within my heart" The Psalmist uses extreme words when describing the sin that affects the wicked. He says there is no fear of God in the wicked. The extreme description is to show that the wicked are not just under the judgement of God but the Psalmist is describing the terrible condition to show the danger of the wicked so that it is necessary to curse them.

He is teaching that sin is rebellion toward God. This term is also used for the sin committed by christians. But think about this. If the christian is not thinking according to the axioms, just out of a lack of knowledge their thoughts are rebellious.You see the standard of Gods judgement in what we understand is extreme. Even if we pronounced the axioms every minute of the day we still would not be acceptable  to God. And if we pronounced them with great discipline think about all the believers who had no knowledge gained from the law, covenants etc. They would be condemned for a lack of care of Gods sayings! Oh how man are self deceived in  their own religious fervor!

The Psalmist is speaking the axioms in order to develop the attitude of fear that God requires about the sinner. Just think about all  the chritians who fail to develop this fear. They refuse to hate sin in the curse! Think about how much grace is required by God! Think about the low times in church history. All of the laziness and the lack of understanding. We would all be nigh unto cursing. THE PSALMIST IS JUDGING BY  THE ORACLE.. THE AXIOMS PEOPLE!
Ps 138 2 "for you have exalted above all things
your name and your word".The question is if we have been saved and have been identified with Christ is God dealing with us according to our ongoing sin? The answer is that God does not repay us according to our sin. He has cast our sins away as far as the east is from the west. The reason that He does not deal with us according to our sins is because Christ not only paid for our sins but He also paid for our penalty of that sin.But why are we required to confess present sins? Does God withhold forgiveness until we confess our sin? No God has already forgiven us of all of our sins. We confess our sins because we are acknowledging that we still sin. Our christian repentance is secure because Christ took care of all of our sins. The truth is that God does not deal with us according to our sins.

There are a few Psalms of confession. Most of the Psalms deal with focusing on God rather than on ourselves. But some of us have a propensity to reverse this and start by focusing on ourselves.This is why we do not exercise our faith and enjoy God for what He has done. If we are over scrupulous towards our sin then we should memorize this Psalm so that we can understand what moves God to answer our prayers. When God convicts us its not to destroy our faith but to strengthen us to praise Him for His work.
  I will praise you, O LORD , with all my heart;
before the "gods" I will sing your praise.
I will bow down toward your holy temple
and will praise your name
for your love and your faithfulness,

The Psalmist always comes to God according to the law,covenants, curses, statutes, promises,decrees and blessing. These axioms are the foundation of our relationship with God. We must understand these axioms to understand Gods view of us. He is saying that the false gods always demand something from us in order to appease them. The Psalmist is separating the work of Jehovah teaching that God is exalted because He has done all the work. He has worked our salvation and is pleased with His work. Salvation is a work of God for Gods pleasure. He as it were is standing before the gods and praising God that salvation is all His work on our behalf.

Salvation is both a one time event and an ongoing work of delivering us. You see the Psalmist is praising God because our salvation is dependent upon His love and faithfulness. Any time the Psalmist petitions God , it is not because of the Psalmist obedience but is is based upon Gods unfailing love. If you study the Psalms when the Psalmist opens up by saying  that His heart has been enlarged, he has been moved by Gods work in the axioms. He is moved by the sovereign grace of God for us. He is saying that because God loves to be extolled His prayers have been answered.

It is important for us to know how to extol God. In order for us to have a mature understanding we must learn to seek God according to the saying or the axioms as the Psalmist teaches.for you have "exalted above all things your name and your word". The highest worship is worshiping God according to His name. God has put His approval upon His law, covenants, curses, statutes, promises, and decrees. When we approach God according to His work, we exalt His name. Its the in a lesser example that when we work our creation is stamped with our name. To a much greater extent God has created all things and works all things according to His axioms. He has put His name upon  that work. We must not approach Him in our own way. So the Psalmist has learned to speak  the axioms in pronouncements, petitions and strong cries in order to exalt God. God is moved by our showing how big He is.

 When I called, you answered me; you made me bold and stouthearted." The Psalmist is teaching that when he comes to God speaking the axioms , He is moved by the greatness of God and His works. He is not bold because he is confessing sin or had a good day of obeying God. He is bold because God has been exalted. You see when the Psalmist is moved by Gods greatness , his confidence in answered prayer makes him bold and stouthearted. He is so moved by the results of speaking the axioms in pronouncements and petitions that he calls upon all kings of the earth to exalt God. His small view of Gods control of the earth has been expanded and he is moved to ask God for big things. You see the axioms move us to long for  the whole earth to be united in understanding the works of God. This is not something we naturally long for. He is moved to pray for world unity. May all the kings of the earth praise you, O LORD , when they hear the words of your mouth.
May they sing of the ways of the LORD , for the glory of the LORD is great.Pronouncing the axioms move God to shine the light of His face upon us. This is the Psalmist way of saying that when God smiles on us we are infused with power. We begin to pray like we would if we were in the new heaven and earth. We pray like we are in the future judgement.

"Though the LORD is on high, he looks upon the lowly,
but the proud he knows from afar. Though I walk in the midst of trouble,
you preserve my life;
you stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes,
with your right hand you save me."
When we pray the axioms we begin to understand  there is no middle ground with God. He has planned all things according to the line of blessing and cursing. God has turned the world upside down so that He exalts the lowest and brings down the powerful.Instead of valuing the things the world values, God values His sayings. God speaks the axioms and the world is turned upside down. The Psalmist sees the value of Gods sayings and He is praying that all the world will speak the axioms to God.  " May all the kings of the earth praise you, O LORD ,
when they hear the words of your mouth".Let all the world leaders hear the axioms.

You see our problem with focusing on ourselves is that we have too high of a view of ourselves. We are always tempted  because we continue to sin. We are always depending upon our own goodness to please God. We must look away from ourselves and see how helpless we are by speaking Gods works in the axioms. We must learn that our sin is more than the deeds. It goes to the very core of our being. Without Gods axioms we would be hopeless.

I will praise you, O LORD , with all my heart;
before the "gods" I will sing your praise.
With all my heart ...you heard the words of my mouth.

I will bow down toward your holy temple
 holy not in the moral sense but consecrated, set apart.

and will praise your name
 Defending name, displayed name and delivering name
for your love and your faithfulness,
for you have exalted above all things
exalted...magnified beyond expectations
your name and your word.
word is sayings...the axioms
When I called, you answered me;
you made me bold and stouthearted.

May all the kings of the earth praise you, O LORD ,
when they hear the words of your mouth.
May they sing of the ways of the LORD ,
for the glory of the LORD is great.

Though the LORD is on high, he looks upon the lowly,
but the proud he knows from afar.
Though I walk in the midst of trouble,
you preserve my life;
 preserve ...revive... make alive
you stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes,
with your right hand you save me.
The question is why does God want me to have the highest view of Him that I can possibly get my mind to think? Because when we have a small view of God we have a very small view of our influence and control in this world. Think about this. If God created a very complex world and made it in the space that is beyond our understanding then how can we be in control of the things we know because he gave us the mind to understand those things? The Psalmist tries to answer this in this Psalm.

I will praise you, O LORD , with all my heart;
I will tell of all your wonders.
I will be glad and rejoice in you;
I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.The Psalmist is saying that he is able to present himself to throne in heaven in which the Most High is seated. So this king is given language of the Psalms to speak in order to move the events on the earth from the highest court in the universe. When the Most High speaks it is moving big things like making nations, dividing nations and ruling over all the decisions of all the rulers of the earth. Not only does the Psalmist have the axioms but the most High made us to be kings and rule over  the earth. He gave us the kings language. So the Psalmist is comparing the experience he has in speaking as the highest authority on the earth with the size of his heart of praise.He calles the works of God wonders because he has witness or heard that God controls all of the big events of the earth and the wars of nations.
My enemies turn back;
they stumble and perish before you.
For you have upheld my right and my cause;
you have sat on your throne, judging righteously.
You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked;
you have blotted out their name for ever and ever.
Endless ruin has overtaken the enemy,
you have uprooted their cities;
even the memory of them has perished.
The Psalmist has the confidence to say that his own rights and causes are righteous in the courts of the Most High. Not only has he come confidently as the king of  the earth but he gives God  the glory for destroying all of the armies that are on the earth. Not only has God destroyed them but he has erased their memory. We are given this Psalm as a prayer just like the Psalmist prayed. Think about this.
The LORD reigns forever;
he has established his throne for judgment.
He will judge the world in righteousness;
he will govern the peoples with justice.
The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble.
Those who know your name will trust in you,
for you, LORD , have never forsaken those who seek you.
Here we are sitting in our small houses praying about the destruction of nations and the success of addressing the needs of the oppressed all over the world! You see we have the sense of responsibility of being concerned for people we have never met. We are given prayers that affect nations and peoples.  Why would we talk about all the small things that come into our lives when we can go before the highest courts in the universe and get action for millions of people?
1 O LORD , our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!

This is Jehovah..the creator who covenanted with His people and Adonai the God who blesses His people. You see God spoke the law, covenants, curses, statutes, promises and decrees in creating the earth. He created it for His covenant people to rule. So God is majestic because He controls the  entire creation. The God who puts Himself on display has come to bless His people by giving them the earth to rule over.  We are created to live in Gods garden of beauty and unity. It is Gods purpose to display His covenant faithfulness giving us the earth as a gift and sustaining it so that so that He provides all things for us. When we say  that God is majestic we are giving Him all  the glory because He designed and orders all things in this world.

 You have set your glory
above the heavens.
From the lips of children and infants
you have ordained praise
because of your enemies,
to silence the foe and the avenger

The earth was created with the same elements as described in Revelation.The streets are gold, the throne is shining with rubies etc.  Dont think that God only cares about His presence and our souls. God loves to build beautiful structures that are made with the most expensive stones. When we see Heaven it is gonna beyond our understanding of beauty. And yet God designed the earth with the purpose of making it something  that we love and enjoy. He not only made the beauty and the powerful events of the earth but He made them with the foresight that we would not be able to keep it they way He made it. So He calls us children and infants.who need to command the reordering of  the earth. He gave us the ability to restore the earth by commanding Him. He gave us something to enjoy and took full responsibility for the upkeep.All He needs is for us  to command Him to keep the earth for our pleasure. We speak the law,covenants etc and that praise because it pleases Him , He will restore , renew and overcome all of our enemies to make the earth our friend.

 When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
what is man that you are mindful of him,
the son of man that you care for him?
You made him a little lower than the heavenly beings
and crowned him with glory and honor.

We are always saying. God what can I do for you today? But God doesnt want our best efforts. God wants to show Himself majestic and all powerful. He could have made us as big and powerful as the dinosaurs but he made us without that strength. Because God made us for one purpose. We are only good at praising Him. We are really good at holding Him  to His covenant and promises by the axioms. The only thing He loves and the most glorious thing He has made is a man who gives God all the praise. God loves to put Himself on display.When we praise God he crowns us as a king. Thats why he gave us  the kings language of the axioms.

 You made him ruler over the works of your hands;
you put everything under his feet:
all flocks and herds,
and the beasts of the field,
the birds of the air,
and the fish of the sea,
all that swim the paths of the seas.

The entire earth was made with the dust of the ground. God created us to display the axioms by putting Himself on display in crowning us with the pleasure of ruling over His creation. There is nothing that he has kept to Himself.

O LORD , our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!The Psalmist repeats Himself by explaining that God is all giving by concluding  the same statement he of the opening by saying this covenant God who blesses His people is majestic because He controls all of the creation. You want to rule and enjoy all things? Pray this Psalm to God

Many are asking, "Who can show us any good?"
Let the light of your face shine upon us, O LORD .
You have filled my heart with greater joy
than when their grain and new wine abound.

David has said that we must confide in God. We confide by the words of God. He is saying that the axioms convert the soul of man. God made us by speaking the law, covenants, curses, statutes, promises , decrees.  These words were used in creation of the world. They are the creation of beauty and unity. When these words are spoken we experience the renewal of our souls. We are infused with Gods power. We experience Gods presence. These words unite all things. God loves His axioms. So when God hears us pray His words , the Psalmist says that God smiles on us. When we experience the smile of God we lose the tension of t he corrupted world. We have no want accept God himself. God not only converts us but He begins to unify our world. To be the happiest in this world is  to know oneself by knowing God and being satisfied in that alone.

I will lie down and sleep in peace,
for you alone, O LORD ,
make me dwell in safety.
When God smiles on us we have the peace  that passes all understanding .With peace comes a rush of power over us. We begin to feel as if God is chasing us with power. If God gave us His full presence we would be sifted in a millisecond. But God can come near enough to fill us with satisfaction.
3Know that the LORD has set apart the godly for himself;
the LORD will hear when I call to him.
The Psalmist begins by separating himself from the wicked in the nations. You see when we are saved we are separated from the world unto God. We think this in our sinful state that God is trying to change us to something we wont like. But the Psalmist is starting his petition by this point. If God has separated me then He will listen  to me. We may think that God has separated us in order for us to stand and worship Him in the heavens. But God has separated us unto Himself so that we will rule over the nations and rule in the new world. If God did not separate us He could not return us to our original purpose in ruling over the world. God separated us unto Himself for us not for Himself. This is why  the Psalmist uses this to encourage himself that God is listening.In other words in order for God to return us to our purpose He had to send His Son to become sin and the curse for us. So now God becomes our Father and Judge since we approach Him by identifying with the Son. The Father sees us in the Son. In your anger do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent. Selah Offer right sacrifices and trust in the LORD .

So the Psalmist is saying that God separated us and gave us  the axioms so that we would be successful in ruling the world.  How can God hear us? The Psalmist uses the promises of God in the covenant. He knows that God has covenanted with His people and will listen to their cries. The Psalmist is angry that the wicked are opposing the Gods righteous nation. He teaches us how to come to God with righteous anger and not offend. He is saying that the anger of God is put on the animal. God curses the animal by tearing it apart. In 50 God warns that if the sacrifice is not offered in the spirit of the law, covenants, curses, statutes, promises and decrees that  God would tear the Psalmist apart instead of the animal.Offer right sacrifices and confide in the Lord or speak the axioms to God as and exercise of our faith. When we confide in God the word is searching our hearts. We are being changed and molded by the axioms. God searches us like a doctor searches to see if there is a disease. God is the only one who knows us more than we know ourselves. He sees everything. God created us to live in unity of body and spirit. God must repair the defects and reorder our lives in order to restore the unity.
Ps 4Answer me when I call to you,
O my righteous God.
Give me relief from my distress;
be merciful to me and hear my prayer.
How long, O men, will you turn my glory into shame?
How long will you love delusions and seek false gods ?
Selah
When the Psalmist describes man as the glory of God , he is describing the man who ruled  the garden of God. God made man to glorify Himself by ruling the creation. In the garden man was able to do what he wanted because he had no corruption or opposition. The more he obeyed the greater freedom he enjoyed and the more he was blessed by God. He not only was pleased with his work but he enjoyed perfect fellowship with Eve. In continually being successful the opportunities for more success expanded and mans confidence grew.

 But when sin entered the world, man was opposed by corruption, sin and the curse. Now instead of perfect unity expressed in the language, sin brought in a new language of rebellion and man bringing glory to himself by becoming his own god. Instead of being perfect so that he created freedom and opportunity for eve , man began to take the opportunity and the freedom to himself. When sin entered God had to cursed  the language of destruction.  This is why the Psalmist complains about How long, O men, will you turn my glory into shame? How long will you love delusions and seek false gods?The Psalmist has learned to oppose the destructive language by cursing the wicked. If man was made to glorify God by being successful in ruling the earth then the only way to restore mans authority is  to give him eternal decrees in curses so  that he can return be made complete. Before the fall God made man with eternal purposes. We are only satisfied when we fulfill these eternal desires.

But the problem God had to address was giving man these eternal desires without eradicating sin. God had to give us eternal pronouncements that cannot be in our control. God had to speak so that we can only repeat what He says. God had to give us enough eternal language to satisfy our eternal desires. So God restored our eternal desires by giving us His axioms that are contained in His desires. By memorizing and speaking them our desires are consumed by Gods desires. This is why God decreed that we will rule over all the earth as a present promise. So when the wicked turn Gods glory into shame they are redefining the axioms and opposing God himself. So the Psalmist is using the pronoun as God speaking How long, O men, will you turn MY glory into shame?
How long will you love delusions and seek false gods ? My glory is My desires in the law, covenants, curses, statutes, promises, decrees and blessings. The Psalmist is using the axioms to argue for his petition. When man opposes God he opposes the Psalmist. When he opposes God he becomes his own god.
Ps 3O LORD , how many are my foes! How many rise up against me! Many are saying of me,
"God will not deliver him." Selah The normal part of the christian experience is that we have many foes who say God cannot deliver this or that person. We have many foes because our demands for unity must come from supernatural sources. Salvation is ongoing deliverance that brings unity. You will see that the Psalmist seeks personal deliverance so  that the others may share in it. May your blessing be on your people. Selah Leaders are those who have a history of God intervening so that others are blessed.When a person meditates on the Psalms the language is so tight that all of the defense comes from God and so we may find ourselves all alone.

The salvation experience is that we have many foes, we are crying out for deliverance,  we are looking for supernatural answers from Gods sanctuary. But you are a shield around me, O LORD ;
you bestow glory on me and lift up my head. To the LORD I cry aloud, and he answers me from his holy hill. Selah In the midst of the opposition we trust God to give us sleep. I lie down and sleep;
I wake again, because the LORD sustains me When we grow bold by speaking the axioms we experience the heightened infusions of confidence from the Spirit and we can see many foes against us. We love the infusions so much we will wait for the deliverance. Arise, O LORD !
Deliver me, O my God! Strike all my enemies on the jaw; break the teeth of the wicked.
Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain? Conspire is the same word as meditate in the first Psalm. 1 2But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night.The Psalmist is teaching that there are two different governments that are described by the violent language or the word of God. The violent language is man setting himself up as his own god. The man who meditates on Gods word has the new implanted language of the new birth. The language that is complete but must be put into practice. The language of the axioms. 1 6For the LORD watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.Latent in the first clause is latent in the second clause. The man is shown to be rebellious by not thinking on God. While the righteous man has mediated on the word of God.

Nations,Peoples,Kings, Rulers are together. The peoples of the nations are defined by their rulers. They take counsel together and are appointed to assemble.  Rev 6 5 Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and every slave and every free man hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains.

Then he rebukes them in his anger and terrifies them in his wrath, saying,
"I have installed my King on Zion, my holy hill." He decrees the curses of the Psalms by the anointing of the King, Prophet , Priest. Lit i have founded my anointed one on the hill of my Sanctuary. "I will proclaim the decree of the LORD" The decree is the Judge is the Father. We are identified with the Son.  He said to me, "You are my Son;
today I have become your Father. Ask of me,
and I will make the nations your inheritance,
the ends of the earth your possession.
You will rule them with an iron scepter ;
you will dash them to pieces like pottery." The incarnation is the Eternal Son comes to atone for sin  become a curse for us. Ask of me. We are identified with the Son in pronouncing or asking.Rev 2 26 To him who overcomes and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations-- He will rule them with an iron scepter; We are related to the Father Judge in cursing the wicked who turns the law away from us because in our identity with the Son.103 13As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him;14  for he knows how we are formed,
he remembers that we are dust.....cursing- the wind blows over it and it is gone,
and its place remembers it no more.blessing But from everlasting to everlasting the LORD's love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children's children- "  18with those who keep his covenant- by the covenant promise ..the decree in our identity.Rev 19 17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, "Come, gather together for the great supper of God,18  so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and mighty men, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, small and great." The curses of the Psalms. break them...rule or govern. iron or unbending authority in the curses.10 Therefore, you kings, be wise; Ps 58 rulers ...be warned, you rulers of the earth....judges Ps 82 Kiss...be ruled kiss the Son..prostrate yourselves before Him. take refuge..flee for refuge...a common reference fleeing by pronouncing the axioms.

 The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they display knowledge.
There is no speech or language
where their voice is not heard.
Their voice goes out into all the earth,
their words to the ends of the world.

The axioms are eternal like the heavens go out to the ends of the world. The law,covenants,curses, statutes, decrees and promises are complete and without end. They illuminate, unify, and order all things. Just like the heavens speaking,illuminating, and speaking into proclaiming to eternity so when we pronounce the axioms we are like the display of the heavens.

 In the heavens he has pitched a tent for the sun,
which is like a bridegroom coming forth from his pavilion,
like a champion rejoicing to run his course.
It rises at one end of the heavens
and makes its circuit to the other;
nothing is hidden from its heat.

When we pronounce the axioms we are creating the path of unity. We learn to walk in a straight path. The illumination and pleasure of the axioms keep us focused on the path.

 The law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul.The statutes of the LORD are trustworthy,
making wise the simple.
The precepts of the LORD are right,
giving joy to the heart.
The commands of the LORD are radiant,
giving light to the eyes.
The fear of the LORD is pure,
enduring forever.
The ordinances of the LORD are sure
and altogether righteous. The Psalms are pronouncements of law, covenants, curses statutes promises and decrees. Before we were saved the law was our school master. But because we enter into the Family of God , our Father is the eternal judge. The law not protects us from the Satan and His children. The Psalmist is not saying that the axioms are standards that we try to follow. But the axioms are given to provide a refuge, protect us from attacks, deliver us from the schemes of the enemies and as we pronounce them we create unity in our world. The law,precepts, commands or covenants, judgements or curses, and fear or covenants are given to us so that we are holistically satisfied.  The axioms convert, give joy, give light, unite and are reality. The Psalmist experiences these supernatural effects and he express their value.  They are more precious than gold,
than much pure gold;
they are sweeter than honey,
than honey from the comb.
By them is your servant warned;
in keeping them there is great reward. He is teaching that the supernatural effects cause him to cherish them and in cherishing them he avoids all of the troubles in this world. One follows the other.
Who can discern his errors?
Forgive my hidden faults.
Keep your servant also from willful sins;
may they not rule over me.
Then will I be blameless,
innocent of great transgression.
May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
be pleasing in your sight,
O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer. The Psalmist always begins by pronouncing until he is infused with the supernatural effects. Then he makes strong petitions on the confidence of the pronouncements.

Ps 19 1 The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

The heavens continually show that God ordered all things according to His law- the standards that never change, covenants- God showing His work proof that He is always faithful, curses-The heavens are mysteriously dark when God cursed the creation, decrees- Gods word can be trusted because of the consistent activity as the sun rises and sets each day. promises- The planets are put in place in order to show forth the beauty and sustain life. statutes- from the beginning of time the sun has risen and set. God upholds and sustains all things. The heavens work according to the laws of nature.

2 Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they display knowledge.
"Pour forth sayings" prophecy..... display intelligent information  The work of the law, covenants, curses,statutes, promises, decrees and blessing.119 73 Your hands made me and formed me;
give me understanding to learn your commands."commands- law God created all things by commanding them into existence from nothing. The Psalmist is saying that since he was created by the axioms then to know himself as he was commanded into existence is to know Gods commands. 74 May those who fear you rejoice when they see me, for I have put my hope in your word.(law -word)When we speak the axioms we begin to understand who we are..our likes, our  frame, and how we fit in our world. God commands are perfect. All things are united when God commands. When we know God we will be unified with like minded people. Since we are social creatures we cannot be happy unless we live in that unity.

74  I know, O LORD , that your laws are righteous, and in faithfulness you have afflicted me." At all times God is completely righteous. He never changes His law. We suffer because the creation has been cursed. We cannot avoid suffering pain and misery in this world. Since God controls all things all of the Psalmist experiences come from the hand of God. Even tho we suffer yet Gods law is reversed because of blessing and cursing. Our suffering adds up for our good. We know God is faithful.  76 May your unfailing love be my comfort, according to your promise to your servant." promise) Gods law unifies our lives because of His unfailing love. Unfailing love is unifying our lives through ongoing deliverance. God promises to deliver us from all opposition. Pronounce self knowledge through law, we are promised deliverance and personal unity and social unity.

77 Let your compassion come to me that I may live, for your law is my delight"( law)Gods law shows the corruption and sin of the creation. The Psalmist needs the compassion of God in terms of ordering good out of bad.Seeking life is seeking unity of body and circumstance. We pronounce the unity in law.76 May the arrogant be put to shame for wronging me without cause; but I will meditate on your precepts.curse) Our enemies are Satans children. We depend upon the law to uphold unity in our lives.Our enemies seek to overturn that law and create chaos and destruction.They are blind to their own destructive actions. We curse the lawless.79  May those who fear you turn to me,
those who understand your statutes.Now listen to me. Im not a novice. The law and curses create unity which protects us from the enemies and at the same time build the pillars of Gods protection. The pillars are the social order that protect our lives. We must have social unity.80  May my heart be blameless toward your decrees, that I may not be put to shame.(decrees)We cannot understand Gods decrees without building our lives with pronouncing law curses, statutes, promises and decrees.We experience personal and social unity and we see and understand our purpose that are dependent upon God decrees in our lives.  When we look at the heavens we understand God speech as a visual display of the activity of the axioms.

  Lit to carry the law on shoulders. Gal 4 9But now that you know God--or rather are known by God--how is it that you are turning back to those weak and miserable principles? Do you wish to be enslaved by them all over again? miserable- destitute of in want....will not fulfill your new desires. be in bondage...a slave be in bondage over again for emphasis. wish to be enslaved- a desire that has an emotional element that leads to action.3 10  All who rely on observing the law are under a curse, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law. ...Lit to carry the law on shoulders.Jms 4 There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you--who are you to judge your neighbor?" The law destroys- curses the law breaker. When we sit in place of the judgement of the law we curse our brothers. cursed the sentence of death. does not continue ...emphasis.  "The righteous will live by faith."- we had to die in order to be declared righteous.It is impossible to be righteous by the law because we would be cursed.13  Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.14 He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit. Spirit...the operation of the Spirit in bestowing gifts.

The covenant that God made with His people is a love covenant. Since there are never a time when God does not do as He pleases, so that He doesnt need a vote to accomplish His will. Even in the societies of men in the covenants in a collective sense the requirements of a covenant being worked out are determined by Gods faithfulness and not mans willing. Because Gods requirements in society are never kept since the positive aspects of obedience are not fulfilled by one willing the covenant to be kept in the love of men in that covenant community. Thats why God made stipulations in the covenant requirements in order for men not to be burdened with with the same requirements in relation to the different gifts of other man. So that Gods faithfulness is displayed in the understanding that God controls all of these different paradigms of man falling short of meeting the requirements of love by His secret counsels. So He has determined for us to live by faith, so that we will have a unity of purpose in these unfulfilled positive requirements.

In every society , God does rule through these second causes, but His rule is through the second causes in spite of the unfulfilled part of this covenant faithfulness of man. Since God weights the heart and the direction of the desires to fulfill the covenant, by a trust in a righteousness that is not natural or normal to the community of the justice of man. So that the way a man thinks about His particular reality of being connected to Christ, is the mark of His covenant faithfulness, even tho, in the community of covenant breakers, He is seen as falling short of his own faithfulness. With out sin , there would be no need of Christ. Without Christ there would be no hope of covenant faithfulness. So that our faithfulness is never rite by our own ability. We are made to depend on God , since we do not do as we are required in love. In order for there to be a perfect community of covenant keepers , then there must be a meeting of the requirement for all men to love God with all of their hearts and minds and strength. No man has fulfilled these requirements. So we depend upon these different stipulations of grace in community in order for us to keep each person from being judged by another covenant breaker. 2008
