Jms 2 12Speak and act as those who are going to be judged by the law
that gives freedom, 13because judgment without mercy will be shown to
anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment! The law
is the judge because it curses sin and corruption.no more opposition means freedom.Trust in the curse not in your judgements.Jms 2 13because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has
not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment! The law will never
save anyone. We cannot use it to control other people.Jms 2 12Speak and act as those who are going to be judged by the law
that gives freedom. Why does James teach that our speech should be
guided by being judged by the law that gives freedom. How can judgement
give freedom? Because without the pronouncement of the law we would never experience the acceptance in Christ. So the law kills the power of
the flesh by killing the opposition. We are free in Christ because the
law kills all opposition.James is saying that we can let God be the judge because the law has
been turned away from us. In other words the natural christian
conviction is that the law is Gods instrument of judgement so we have
nothing to add to that judgement.
