Ps 27 13 I am still confident of this:
I will see the goodness of the LORD
in the land of the living.
  14Wait for the LORD ;
be strong and take heart
and wait for the LORD

There are two kinds of remedies in this world. There is the supernatural remedy and the natural one. In this Psalm all of our pain comes from a sense of abandonment. In other words if God chose to share the way that He is gonna protect us until we get to heaven then we would be certain that He is with us in all of our troubles. So the Psalmist is saying that we are in need of a remedy in order to be secure as we face opposition in this world. He is teaching that instead of God giving us the knowledge of our safety until all of our opposition is ended , he creates remedies that meet our needs at the right time.So the Psalmist says we will be acquainted with the goodness of God when we receive the supernatural or natural remedy that meets our needs. We will see the goodness of God in the land of Gods blessed people. When he teaches that we are to wait on the Lord , he is enforcing the reflexive voice of God in the law, covenants, statutes, curses, promises and decrees. This is why he says that the hope is founded upon this reflexive voice we have in order to overcome our opposition. ,  8 My heart says of you, "Seek his face!" Your face, LORD , I will seek.

We are made to draw a line in the sand with Gods pronouncements and decrees. We naturally trust in our own wisdom which will not help us to have strong convictions that God is working the remedy in order to save us in the future. This terrible opposition to our reflective pronouncements is the experience of abandonment. So this is why the Psalmist describes our lives as being all alone in the front of the battle. 2When evil men advance against me to devour my flesh, when my enemies and my foes attack me, they will stumble and fall. 3Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear;
though war break out against me, even then will I be confident." He is describing the most dangerous situation that we can experience on this earth. It is being an small child who has no father or mother.All of us experience abandonment because there is not adult on this earth that knows us enough to understand what we need. But the fatherless are like the soldier who is in the battle and is left alone to fight by himself. Even under these extreme circumstances the Psalmist says "though war break out against me, even then will I be confident".

The Psalmist is teaching us that the reflective voice of God is how we create a world in which the physical and spirit remedy is united with our need at the right time. Even tho we may have a family yet we all face the potential of being abandoned. The apostle complained that all men had forsaken him. So we must enforce this reflexive voice by pronouncing the axioms. You see the axioms are written in order for us to trust in the words that recreate the future. We are converted to a discern the words of the current culture. The culture trust in pragmatic words. But we have a reflexive voice that drives us to speak the Psalms in order to trust that the pronouncements will create the unity in the people around us in order for us to find the remedy. We naturally trust in the people first. But we must understand that God is the only one who can unite our need with the remedy. He is the only one who knows exact what must be said and done to silence the trouble. So we must learn to sharpen our ears and eyes so that we can hear God speak our healing. This is why the Psalmist says that even if our parents abandoned us yet God will create exactly what we need to be healed in the remedy.
