David was subject to God by the prophetic relationship with the Priest. Checks and balances of the ceremonial laws, ten commandments, decrees of God and the wisdom literature was Gods eternal government on the earth. The King was the high-ranking commander of the army. It is consistent with the ot curses and punishment over the foreign nations as the lawful government of God ruling the earth from David throne. David call God his King. The citizens were threatened with the punishment of exile, but the destructive curses were decreed over the foreign nations.
David ruled by God eternal government over the earth. Divine justice was the comprehensive vision of the earthly king as God issued the moral law. It was Gods authority that went out through the eternal decrees as mutual reinforcement that Israel was enjoying protection in ruling the earth. David had authority as God justly punished the nations on the one hand and protected Israel from apostatizing on the other hand. God enforced the safe environment of Israel through punishment and the destruction of Israel enemies. But the successful carrying out of the appropriate punishment was objectively directed by Gods comprehensive vision of the eternal nature of justice beyond the city gates of Israel. The earthly king demanding consequences according to Gods eternal justice. This is why destruction was exercised beyond the holistic health, valuable properties, and possible death in a spiritual kingdom of universal justice. David experienced a supernatural enforcement of earthly rule according to the eternal kingdom.
Ultimate justice is in the secret counsel of God from eternity. Because all leaders are morally corrupted. Through the wisdom of men naturally follows all of moral evils. Earthly rulers will not continue through all generations. Because earthly kingdoms are dominated by the curse of nefarious schemes. The mutual destruction is a spiritual condition of historical rulers dominated by sinful desires of the flesh. In avoiding God he intentionally injures his neighbor. Earthly kingdoms will invariably end because there is no man capable of ruling with impartial justice, social equity and adequate consistency.
King pronounces appropriate consequences of the curse against rebels and traitors. The wicked seeks to kill God and destroy neighbors. God is the only one who amply repays the wicked for every idol thought. He imparts divine wisdom to tread the chosen path when cultural destruction meets simultaneously with the eternal reward. God justifies Himself through eternal consequences of the curse and blessing in adequately establishing His kingdom.
