The Psalmist is teaching that God our Father is the judge who accomplishes all things. Our Father sufficiently revealed Himself by speaking law, covenants, statutes, decrees, curses and promises. He is objectively comparing the active life of birds to the unique relationship we share with our Father. When we approach our Father pronouncing the law, covenants, etc. our view of His response is disconnected from our circumstances. You see birds rule the air. Our picturesque view of the birds who rule the air is dependent upon their active movement. They instantly fly into our space then they fly away and promptly disappear. There are legitimate reasons for our extenuating circumstances that we cannot reasonably understand. We are in presence of Angels who we cannot naturally see. Even tho the spiritual world cannot be seen yet it is present in the axioms.
The soul relates to God by sight not by genuine faith. We cannot naturally see the Angels but they can view us. Just like the birds can instantly appear and promptly disappear out of sight yet the avenging angels relate to God with comprehensive understanding and purpose. God answers the axioms like the birds coming instantly into our picturesque view. We pronounce the axioms creating the forms of our future as it flys into our lives. As birds nest in appropriate place of secure refuge, we speak the axioms of creation. The exercise of the Fathers perfect free will over our troubles and personal circumstances. We establish a kingdom through the axioms in receiving everything by Gods unfailing love.
The axioms are the irresistible desires of God who reasonably made us like Himself. God is free all knowing and all-powerful. God does whatever please Him. We are completely dependent upon God because we do not enjoy His knowledge or power. The axioms are the creative desires of God who reasonably made us like Himself. God is free all knowing and all-powerful. God creation desires are never divided or thwarted. We need Gods desires to desire. Functional dependence is a state which a person looks for charitable gifts the other person possess. Psalmist says that mans desires are like deep waters. We pronounce axioms of Gods desires and genuinely believe.Psalmist says I humbly believed and in my profound dismay I said all men are accomplished liars. In earnestly desiring we are using axioms commanding the glorious kingdom of God. Consequently, we naturally learn to be comfortable in answers that come like birds naturally appearing.
