David is explaining God's kingdom is established through His creative word. When God inseparably unites our experience with the objective reality of His creative hand arranging all necessary things together for His glory then we experience the confidence compared to succeeding in a war. God has implemented eternal law in the same way that we develop muscle from exercise. He bolsters unshakable confidence in us through His devoted love and faithfulness. "Love and faithfulness" are the phrase used to impart to Israel as they sojourned through the desert with God's presence of light and fire. His divine presence was out in front and covering their back. It is like an incorporated city with impenetrable walls moving from campsite to campsite enjoying the divine protection of God from all attacks.

 The parallel is "love and faithfulness" with "His name and word."God properly establishes the success of Israel through His name and word. It is displayed by His covenant faithfulness. Consequently, David is saying God has established Israel as a nation in His eternal counsel through speaking His creative word. God's light and fire are prominently displayed to them, so His name and operative word are made known among the nations. No one is capable to thwart God's divine power. Every formidable enemy of David has been conquered.

When David says he comes in the Name of the Lord, God, establish His word, and completes the work necessary to be pleased with the results. The sole way that God's eternal covenant can be popularly known is by His judgement. God is establishing covenants stands over all of the time delivering absolute judgements on all reality. His creation and recreation do not depend upon His, creatures. God sits on His throne as a qualified judge pronouncing life and death on everything that exists.

 What remains the principle that separates God's purposes from man's plans? It's God's accurate recreation through blessing and cursing. The law of God is the infallible judge to overturn all aggressive communication that merely establishes the man as a governing authority. God proves His covenants supremacy by overturning all of man's destructive communication triumphantly bringing glory to Himself. This authoritative pronouncement of life and death is God's covenant success in redeeming His vulnerable people

 The confident king pronounces God's sacred word. The king speaks the law, covenants, decrees, and promises as to the source of authority. These operative words of God transcend all established governments. David has been given the legitimate prescription of undisputed authority by the King of the eternal universe. These words establish the identity of the genuine man. They are faithfully executed to us in the creation ordinance so that we can properly appreciate our place in this created world. Each man adequately secures his effective authority by God alone. We are identified with the God-man who established His place on the throne as King. In pronouncing these words, we are approaching the king. It is terribly noteworthy to comprehend our position to reflect God's purpose in transferring this authority to us. By lowering our superior position as king we lower God. David expresses his lasting success in overcoming all determined opposition in this kingly image by declaring.3" When I called, you answered me; you made me bold and stouthearted."
