Ps 24 1 The earth is the LORD's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it; 2 for he founded it upon the seas and established it upon the waters. The Psalmist always establishes the authority of a pronouncement and the petition on the basis of Gods control outside of time and space. Because the earth belongs to Jehovah by creation, He is fully present in the inhabited world." God takes the seat of His eternal throne in the tabernacle on Mount Zion. After establishing Gods right to rule the world, the Psalmist gives the reason why he he has the authority to pronounce Gods eternal axioms. 5 He will receive blessing from the LORD and vindication from God his Savior. The blessing of God is the law turned away from us. This who becomes the King of the nations enters the city as the Lord of host. The Psalmist is saying that the law of creation is carried out by the pronouncements that vindicate Gods elect. Because vindication cannot take place without the law justifying the Psalmist. The Psalmist is using eternal pronouncements to vindicate his causes.The generation is given the authority of the King who is seated on Zion to pronounce their will through the eternal will of God. 6 Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, O God of Jacob. Selah The generation will be vindicated.9 Lift up your heads, O you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. The Palmist is pronouncing a petition over the entire city of David. Gods axioms are the ceremony of the King bring judgement to the nations.He pronounces united reaction of the citizens. .

 Ps 5 11But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you. The Psalmist is pronouncing the eternal axioms. God responds in eternal petitions. The petition for universal happiness and protection of the elect is Gods covenant promise. Its as if God is answering the Psalmist pronouncement by inspiring the universal wish.ps 57 men whose teeth are spears and arrows, whose tongues are sharp swords. 6 They spread a net for my feet-I was bowed down in distress.They dug a pit in my path- but they have fallen into it themselves. Another word used for salvation is deliverance. In salvation God is a Rock which is metaphor for Gods justifying Himself by saving us. He fortress..He protect us by the curse of the law.Ps 53 Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion! When God restores the fortunes of his people, let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad! Salvation is delivering the nation of Israel and blessing them. If he was describing a salvation through the military conquest then it would not be consistent with the context of scripture. The Psalmist teaches that it we not by military force that God saved Israel. It was by Gods unfailing love. Salvation is the blessing pronounced upon Israel. It derived from Gods word or law,covenants curses etc.Scripture only teaches one salvation.that your ways may be known on earth, your salvation among all nations. This is not descriptive since it is a starts with the prescriptive word "may" In whole context of scripture salvation = the spread of Gods word in law,covenants, curses, statutes,promises and decrees.74 12 But you, O God, are my king from of old; you bring salvation upon the earth." Salvation is described as all of the redemptive work that is accomplished by God to deliver His people. The events of history.But salvation is not a phyiscal deliverance. It is the work of Gods word in delivering His people. Lets say he is saying that the salvation was parting the Red Sea. Then people would need to go to the red sea to be saved. But the Psalmist is describing the work of the axioms.We can say that salvation is any work of God to renew all things in order to deliver His elect.We are waiting for God to speak the next deliverance.71 3 Be my rock of refuge, to which I can always go; give the command to save me, for you are my rock and my fortress. The Psalmist uses the big disasters of creation as evidences that God laws,covenants, curses,statutes, promises and decrees control the entire structure of creation and mankind. Our sins are related to our culture. Your living the up and down repentant life. You sin then you confess. Then you see more sin and confess. Nobody believes you are the best confessor. Your looking at sin as a deed. But your sin is that obnoxious to God is hidden in the recesses our your being. You are full of corruption and sin. You cant think you are all confessed up. This is realistic confession in all of life.So when are you gonna start letting the scripture dictate your confession? You think that confessing a sin is what the bible describes as repentance? The Psalms are so detailed in repentant confession that if you only knew that would shame you for neglecting them.65 3 When we were overwhelmed by sins, you forgave our transgressions." So you get jazzed up when you put a sin away. You are so satisfied. You see its backwards. That is just acting arrogant. You see christian repentance is always acknowledging your sin in real terms. No acting For the sins of their mouths, for the words of their lips, let them be caught in their pride. For the curses and lies they utter, You thinking my behavior is so offensive to God. You believe that cause you never submit to the curses. God is not looking at every sin He is concerned with the blindness of speaking in a way that turns society upside down. You the person who ignores the way that God sees sin and corruption. Your focusing on something that in your own mind. Try submitting to the whole counsel. I just speak all holistic repentance Help us, O God our Savior, for the glory of your name; deliver us and forgive our sins for your name's sake." Your working you sanctification and sinning less. But if God decrees your sin cant you trust Him to use it for His glory? You think you can make a deal with God?You really think He cares about your responsible attempt to act your part? He is laughing at your self righteousness. God does everything without failure. You only slow Him down. When you focus on yourself your showing a lack of trust in Gods ability to change you in His program.God has not given us the His word for Himself. He has given it so that the only danger we face is not knowing what is required. It does not affect Him. What we dont know is what we presume upon.We must be so detailed in pronouncing that we are sure we have left nothing on the plate.Every square in of His word. We must be obsessed with everything we say to God.

Repentance is more of an understanding of the depth and the width of our sin. A person who knows how bad it is to be in the state of sin and corruption has an awareness of his own self deception. I cannot trust in my own understanding. I can only trust in the next pronouncement.

The Psalms are the application of the doctrines of grace. The book is the bible within the bible. But it addresses the heart issues of the saints. The NT authors quote the Psalms more than 100 times. The apostle says that we should speak the Psalms to one another.If you need to know what scripture I draw from in every line of my writing I can show you. I really dont care about opinions.When you use the Psalms as the way to think, you learn that as you are pronouncing them you are getting ideas that put things into perspective in your life. I depend upon the Psalms to guide my thinking.We sing this psalm to the praise of God, because He is with us and powerfully and miraculously preserves and defends His church and His word against all fanatical spirits, against the gates of hell, against the implacable hatred of the devil, and against all the assaults of the world, the flesh, and sin.
