Gods peace is a kingdom peace. The quality of eternal life is not really a greater power from God overcoming the evil that we experience in our lives. But the quality of eternal life is tied the communication that defines who we are in the culture. The experience of eternal life is Gods perfect description of the perfect society. There is no disunity. Part the heavens Oh Lord ,...touch the mountains so that they smoke...send forth your lightening and scatter the enemies... shoot your arrows and rout them...reach down your hand from on high and deliver me and rescue me...from the mighty waters, from the hands of foreigners whose mouths are full of lies whose right hands are deceitful. The foreigners are described as mouths full of lies. This is interesting because this Psalm is describing how God establishes His government in Israel. But the foreigners who are soldiers of the nations are not necessarily lying like a kid in a moral sense but they are making war with Gods description in this Psalm of Gods peaceful kingdom...

So you see that God judges every word...not only words but every intent of the heart. But if you understand the context of this struggle you will find that Gods people are not really pleading here that God will make people more moral through the law but they are observing this struggle as if they are caught in the middle. So I believe that our part in this struggle is understanding the scripture as it is revealed in light of knowing that Gods ordering of society is in a language that we could never fathom. This is what I call finding the kingdom peace through finding mystery. got to go
