There is nothing the people can do to restore the nation.The only way the nation can be restored is for the Shepherd to favor the eternal Son. 17 Let your hand rest on the man at your right hand, the son of man you have raised up for yourself. But they must depend upon God to give them the desire to pray for restoration.revive us, and we will call on your name. This Psalm is the prayer of the saints on behalf of the wayward nation. This Shepherd not only causes the nation to prosper but is the source of the life of the nation that flows to the saints. We are not only dependent upon Christ for restoration but upon Him for the desire to pray for restoration.The axioms are the communication in the Trinity. God is pleased to listen to our pronouncements of the axioms in order to exalt Christ. When we share in this communication we are revived to pray for restoration.I wanted to be saved when God put the want in me. I hated repentance until God gave me a will to love it.
