If you study the name of Christ in the gospels you will see that Lord is not just ruler. Even when we are told to deny ourselves the context is not just proving Christ as the ruler. Its also the great Physician. Its the full context that James describes in law gospel rich&poor.The gospel is a message that goes underneath the deepest experiences and is present in the highest successes. The gospel is not a suggestion. We command the command to believe. It is not a positive message that overcomes the negative. The curse of the law dominates the lowestA dispensationalist will say that God eternally exist as ruler of the earth but He is actually the ruler in an earthly kingdom .What a bunch of crap. Thats like saying I can do this now but in the future it will not be allowed.Embracing dispensationism is breaking the law of non contradiction. Its believing one thing and denying that thing at the same time.If all of the verses who speak of God ruling over the governments of this earth were describing a future kingdom on earth then God has two salvation's, kingdoms,and two different ways of communication to his people.,The present world would be totally pragmatic.If the descriptions in the Psalms are limited to a specific time in Davids life then the words salvation, righteousness, faithfulness, preservation etc are all limited to a specific time and space. Then there would be two salvation's. But of course if you are a two liner thenhaving a contradiction of two salvation s is not a problem. The Psalms are the only words that are the anti thesis of the worlds counsel. They are not suggestions. They are spoken in order to get counsel from God.They will speak of the glorious splendor of your majesty, and I will meditate on your wonderful works. The Psalms are the only speech that God is pleased with.I remember the days of long ago; I meditate on all your works and consider what your hands have done. We cannot even understand history if we do not get illuminated by the Psalms.I have more insight than all my teachers, for I meditate on your statutes.
