Psalms 102
1. A Prayer of the Afflicted when he is faint and pours out his complaint before the LORD.
Hear my prayer, O LORD !
And let my cry for help come to You.
2. Do not hide Your face from me in the day of my distress;
Incline Your ear to me;
In the day when I call answer me quickly.
3. For my days have been consumed in smoke,
And my bones have been scorched like a hearth.
4. My heart has been smitten like grass and has withered away,
Indeed, I forget to eat my bread.
5. Because of the loudness of my groaning
My bones cling to my flesh.
6. I resemble a pelican of the wilderness;
I have become like an owl of the waste places.
7. I lie awake,
I have become like a lonely bird on a housetop.
8. My enemies have reproached me all day long;
Those who deride me have used my name as a curse.
9. For I have eaten ashes like bread
And mingled my drink with weeping
10. Because of Your indignation and Your wrath,
For You have lifted me up and cast me away.
11. My days are like a lengthened shadow,
And I wither away like grass.
12. But You, O LORD, abide forever,
And Your name to all generations.
13. You will arise and have compassion on Zion;
For it is time to be gracious to her,
For the appointed time has come.
14. Surely Your servants find pleasure in her stones
And feel pity for her dust.
15. So the nations will fear the name of the LORD
And all the kings of the earth Your glory.
16. For the LORD has built up Zion;
He has appeared in His glory.
17. He has regarded the prayer of the destitute
And has not despised their prayer.
18. This will be written for the generation to come,
That a people yet to be created may praise the LORD.
19. For He looked down from His holy height;
From heaven the LORD gazed upon the earth,
20. To hear the groaning of the prisoner,
To set free those who were doomed to death,
21. That men may tell of the name of the LORD in Zion
And His praise in Jerusalem,
22. When the peoples are gathered together,
And the kingdoms, to serve the LORD.
23. He has weakened my strength in the way;
He has shortened my days.
24. I say, "O my God, do not take me away in the midst of my days,
Your years are throughout all generations.
25. "Of old You founded the earth,
And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
26. "Even they will perish, but You endure;
And all of them will wear out like a garment;
Like clothing You will change them and they will be changed.
27. "But You are the same,
And Your years will not come to an end.
28. "The children of Your servants will continue,
And their descendants will be established before You."
And here is another one , deeper into dispair
Psalms 88
1.
A Song. A Psalm of the sons of Korah. For the choir director; according
to Mahalath Leannoth. A Maskil of Heman the Ezrahite. O LORD, the God
of my salvation,
I have cried out by day and in the night before You.
2. Let my prayer come before You;
Incline Your ear to my cry!
3. For my soul has had enough troubles,
And my life has drawn near to Sheol.
4. I am reckoned among those who go down to the pit;
I have become like a man without strength,
5. Forsaken among the dead,
Like the slain who lie in the grave,
Whom You remember no more,
And they are cut off from Your hand.
6. You have put me in the lowest pit,
In dark places, in the depths.
7. Your wrath has rested upon me,
And You have afflicted me with all Your waves. Selah.
8. You have removed my acquaintances far from me;
You have made me an object of loathing to them;
I am shut up and cannot go out.
9. My eye has wasted away because of affliction;
I have called upon You every day, O LORD;
I have spread out my hands to You.
10. Will You perform wonders for the dead?
Will the departed spirits rise and praise You? Selah.
11. Will Your lovingkindness be declared in the grave,
Your faithfulness in Abaddon?
12. Will Your wonders be made known in the darkness?
And Your righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
13. But I, O LORD, have cried out to You for help,
And in the morning my prayer comes before You.
14. O LORD, why do You reject my soul?
Why do You hide Your face from me?
15. I was afflicted and about to die from my youth on;
I suffer Your terrors; I am overcome.
16. Your burning anger has passed over me;
Your terrors have destroyed me.
17. They have surrounded me like water all day long;
They have encompassed me altogether.
18. You have removed lover and friend far from me;
My acquaintances are in darkness.

In order for us to get relief from our pride
we need to have confidence that He is presently able to assure us of our
redemption from the slavery to sin and self that we were under as being
separated from His love. Because He endured the cross by taking on the
full wrath of the Father for our sin , then we are not only delivered
from the power of sin and the law, but we have a present help in our
time of need. We do not need to pay for our pride or our sins. They were
completely taken care of in Christ. Now we can come boldly before the
throne of grace and find help in time of need. When we come before Him
we are receiving an ongoing assurance through His suffering on our
behalf so that He is listening to our complaining and our request as one
who is the end for which we find grace apart from the bondage to the
law. And even tho we experience the effects of sin in our bodies and in
our groaning because of the incomplete understanding we have of His
power. yet there is no loss to us who seek Him with all of our hearts as
if we were afraid for our own well being when we compare our goodness
to His standard of good.
But instead of Him discouraging us from
this concern, He comes to our aid and at the same time calms our fears.
Since there is more power in Him that is available to us than we could
find in being satisfied in finding relief in what we think we need, then
we are invited to find the greatest pleasure and glory in being freed
from the bondage of our conscious painful worry by Him leading us away
from that pain we blindly embrace as if we knew a better way to be self
protective. So that He not only shields us from our wanting to be free
of the vision by our lack of understanding, but He gives us new life so
that we cannot produce enough evidence as to why we are enabled to dwell
in His perfect peace. He not only knows better what we need, but He
grants us more than we could ever be selfish enough to understand how
good He is to us.
Just read it a couple of times and think about it.

I believe I could easily hold a state office political..
the uninsured cost each state millions---they use the emergency room as there primary care doc..
if
we cut the feds out and offered uninsured an affordable state
plan---next to follow is the companies that were charging 1200 per month
for a family plan----they magically reduce there price to..affordable
competitive level and competitive plans too
NOW instead of all
loss you--the state recapture some funds back------then the ER is not
constantly over flowing---yes the care would not be the best--but it is a
realistic start----
to enforce people whom are eligible--who do not sign up will be penalized--withhold there tax returns-----
see
W can negotiate---i have no money----the only negotiating i could to
was telling them to kick me out of their office quietly---that was
pete's negotiating-----see money is the key for uninsured---they can
promise to pay---dirt poor folk unable to work they don't enjoy that
leverage
Pete this is an issue of men who go down a road
where they have a very limited view of human freedom. The biblical view
is that we treat one another how we would want to be treated. Man at his
best thinks that if he doesnt take a gun out an shoot his brother that
he is basically good. But all men, given the choice would protect
themselves over the other guy by withholding something for whatever
reason. Today these reasons are multi faceted and are actually part of
the sting that forces people to fall in line under this corrupted power
that man has devised. But God laughs at mans schemes. Today men hate
their brothers in the name of being responsible. And since God
has decreed that all earthly systems are unjust and lacking compassion,
then we are made aware that we are to look to God to right the wrongs.
For He hears the cries of the afflicted and He has determined to break
the arm of those who think that God is not watching. For the fool has
said in his heart there is no God. And since he believes that he is not
under the scrutiny of God then he will be removed out of the way. The
first people to be lined up and murdered by a communist power are the
leaders who led people into their scheme of power. Just look at
history. Men do not live in a society that is pragmatic. God is on the
throne and will not be mocked. The only healthy fear we are to have is
the fear of Gods retribution. Not a fear of losing everything this world
is to offer, not the fear of what they can do to your bodies. Because
there is the eternal just retribution that will be required of all men
who do not bow the knee now. I say this because in order for us who know
the love of God we must see the wrath of God as the back drop of His
protecting us by His caring out His wrath. We can be assured that if we
are in Christ we will dip our feet in the blood of ruthless fools. Gods
ends are always carried out in the reality of His means. Other wise we
may think that there is more required of us to be anxious of those who
are testing Gods patience. And then we will be cast into anxiety. But we
know God to be loving by His protection of us. And even tho it looks
like men are not getting what they deserve , rest assured that God will
bring men to their knees for their determination to reject Christ.

Is this a long history of men having to face this despair?
