Libertarian Free Will - thinking outside the box writing.

Free will is independent when God depends upon that will to choose. This is described in scripture as worshiping other gods. The wicked man I can chose for myself because God is not watching. There is no reciprocation with God here. .... This is talking about a fundamental problem with the unsaved and not to be used as a motivation to obey Gods law.

But the believer responds to.an implanted will. My heart says seek His face...Your face I will seek.
The reason this is important to understand is that man is naturally confident in his choices. When we choose with the wrong motive we intend to say that everyone is guilty because they did not choose what we chose. In the bible this motive is described as seeking to destroy ones neighbor. Basically its using religious fanaticism to control people through guilt fear and power. I will write later
